The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government energy efficiency scheme in Great Britain to help reduce carbon emissions and tackle fuel poverty. Combined with the Warm Homes Discount scheme the government will provide at least £4.7 billion of extra support to low-income and vulnerable households between 2022 and 2026.
