As a visionary leader, Austin defines and directs the overall company strategy. His continued focus on reducing carbon emissions through energy efficiency is a theme which is common through many of the business areas. He believes that one of the key ingredients of the company’s success is ‘the people who work within it’ and has a built a talented, engaged, ambitious, and most importantly, valued team.
Austin formally worked for Canon UK before venturing into the renewables sector supporting electrical contractors to achieve MSC accreditation and ensuring installations were completed to the correct standard. This experience led him to form Installeasy, a direct installation business he is also the Managing Director of.
Out of work Austin has a passion for Manchester United and has been a season ticket holder for many years, rarely missing a game with his son and twin daughters! Enjoying time with his family at home or abroad is number one!
On his choice of car…. Well as you would expect it’s 100% electric obviously!
Chris is responsible for our ECO (Energy Company Obligation) business, delivering energy efficiency measures through our own installation company, or our trusted network of partners. Working closely with several major UK utilities, his focus is improving energy efficiency for UK households most in need and reducing carbon emissions in line with government targets.
With 8 years of experience in his field, and previously Head of ECO Contract Management for the largest utility in the UK, he joined us in 2019 to continue to progress and expand this side of our business. Chris has extensive experience in performance management, negotiating, and the energy industry.
Living in Chester with his wife and son, he enjoys travelling, eating out, and unwinding in a decent pub (watching LFC when possible)!
