What happens next?

Application accepted…

If your application has been accepted and you wish to proceed, please arrange for delivery/installation of your new product directly with your chosen installer. If this is within the next 14 days you will need to sign a form to waiver the 14 day cooling off period.

Please ensure you have signed the Improveasy contract which details the pricing structure, description of goods/services, your chosen installer company and all the terms and conditions.

Application declined…

Should you wish to find out more about the reason why your application has been declined we can request this with the lender.

Application referred…

The lender will contact you directly if they require more information like proof of address or photographic ID but you should receive a decision shortly.
